Some more dining out in Arkansas. We went to visit a renowned local BBQ institution called Penguin Ed's. Unfortunately, we forgot our camera so the only pics we have were taken off our cell phones.
You'll just have to use your imagination... work with us!
Picture entering a small, diner-like spot. Picture little booths along the wall, kind of like in a small, local pizza parlor back East.
The food smells great. The locals are chowing down. You sit down, get your menu, and wait... and wait some more... and wait some more. Finally, you get really hungry, stop talking, and realize that there is a sign next to your table:

Hmm... picking up a phone? To place an order? With the waitress who just came by, and is literally standing about 2-3 feet from your table at the register? Interesting...
Web picks up the phone and dials the lady standing behind the register that is literally 2-3 feet from our table.
The lady answers the phone, takes our order, and the voila, 20 minutes later our food is served: a nice, heaping platter of pulled pork, smoked ribs, and all assorted yummies that cannot be good for you.
