Top Destinations:
- Charles Bridge: This bridge is one of the main attractions of the city, spanning the Vltava River and connecting the old quarter with the Royal Palace. It is a romantic stroll among the many graceful statues of the Saints that line the bridge. We've heard the sunrises here are brilliant!, but on all 5 days, we just couldn't get up for it! Maybe next time.
- Prague Castle: Huge. You gotta see it!
- Old Quarter: The city center is amazingly well preserved. It has plenty of the little nooks and crannies we love exploring.
Top Likes:
- Walkable City: Prague is a very intimate little city; we were able to stroll around aimlessly for days at a time and lose ourselves in the maze of endless cobblestone streets. We still haven't figured out how the ladies of Prague manage to walk around all day in heels!
- Prague Symphony Orchestra: There are people all over the city handing our fliers to see a ramdom string quartet performances or organ concerts. We were tempted by many but were advised to see the real deal, the Prague Royal Symphony Orchestra. What an amazing concert! Buying the cheapest seats and listening to a renowned orchestra is definitely one of our Prague highlights.
Top Dislikes:
- Graffiti: Graffiti covered the walls throughout the city. It is a shame for a city with as much architectural beauty as Prague, but maybe it adds to the ambience.

Some other parting shots from Prague...

Frank Gehry's famous dancing building. The male partner (right side of the building) is leading the dancing lady on the left! This building now houses one of the top restaurants in Prague and Accenture!
Off to Vienna via Eurorail, where we will be looking forward to hopefully taking in an opera and visiting one or two of the million and one museums. We're not sure if Vienna can top Prague with its architecture and beauty... we'll let you know in a few days!
