In all seriousness, who says the US Dollar is weak? The current exchange rate is 1 USD to 16,000 Dong! Our lunch yesterday was Hanoi spring rolls, vermicelli and grilled pork chops, a huge plate of pineapple/shrimp fried rice and 2 fanta orange pops... and the bill was $5.30 US. Yum.
